The room we were in was extremely clean with a spa bath, the bathroom was great; the food was good, and the location was wonderful.

Reasonably clean and high quality place and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were ever so helpful and competent and the facilities were very pleasant.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Great location! 🌟 This place is conveniently situated close to both Kanata and downtown, making it easy to reach. Plus, being slightly outside the city center means it's more accessible from the airport. 

The parking lots in front of the hotel were freshly tarred and not usable for a few days.

We were sent to our rooms before they were completely cleaned. We were a bit early arriving. The hot tub was out of commission.

This place is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Drummond Methodist Church, and offers spacious, well-organized rooms with a hot tub, balcony.

Breakfast at the High Five is great. Also the location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and also the pool is always clean. It's very quiet during the night.

However, the reception staff was not very attentive and motivated. We've been to this hotel before but then they were even friendlier and more posed.
